About This Project

Underhill was contracted to do a mineral lease survey on claims at Ruby Creek near Atlin, BC. Under the supervision of F.B. Underhill, the project became the first mineral lease done using the (then) new geographic cell system as opposed to the traditional unit, or location line, claims. The claim was surveyed using a combination of real-time kinematic and static GPS. Trimble R8 receivers were used on the survey.
