About This Project

Brookside is a multi-phase, 118 bare land units, condominium and 6-lot housing development. Underhill has provided survey services to Brookside (and their contractors) during all three phases since 2011. Working with the client from the design stage through to the client selling units has involved numerous survey services, which included consultations, development permit and condominium applications, various legal survey plans and field work. Topographic, control, deferred and reduced posting, layout and as-built surveys have been undertaken to support the development and expansion of the housing community.
