UGSL wins the electrical data conversion project for Florida Power & Light of Dade County (Miami), Florida. The area comprises 1,000 square miles, 459 maps, 800,000 customers and 490,000 parcels. Hurricane Andrew hits Dade, delaying field work and pushes the project into 1993.
