I.J. Royan manages surveying for the Tumbler Ridge Branch Line for the N.E. Coal Project Tumbler Ridge Branch Line. The project includes two of the longest railway tunnels in BC (Table and Wolverine) and is one of the last major mountain triangulation and trilateration control networks in BC for tunnels prior to the GPS era.
