Underhill, along with 11 other BC legal survey firms, forms a consortium called Geodetic Pacific Surveys Ltd (GPS Ltd.). GPS Ltd. is successful at obtaining several contracts for TRIM GPS mapping control and cadastral ties with the BC Provincial Government from 1987 to 1991.
