Transforming the former Western Speedway site, Langford Heights Business Park is a major mixed-use development in Langford, BC. Underhill Geomatics provided legal, environmental, UAV LiDAR, and construction surveying services to support subdivision planning, infrastructure design, and ongoing construction.
From 1993 to 1995, Underhill surveyed the Gwich’in Land Claim boundaries across NT and Yukon, securing over 24,000 km² of land.
Underhill completed cadastral surveys for Pre-Effective Lands under the Maa-nulth Treaty, supporting First Nations self-governance on Vancouver Island.
Underhill surveyed over 2,000 km of boundaries for the Inuvialuit Final Agreement—the first GPS-based land claim survey in Canada
Underhill provided full-cycle survey support for the Brookside housing development—118 units and 6 lots—across all phases from 2011 to 2020.
