Introduction

Underhill was once again selected by Northern Vision Development Ltd. to provide survey support for their latest condominium project in Whitehorse. The project required comprehensive legal and construction surveying from site preparation through to the registration of the condominium plan.

As a mixed-use residential build, accuracy was required at every stage—from early ground surveys and utility locating to building line layout and final legal plan preparation. Timely execution was critical to keep construction on schedule.
