About This Project

This project encompassed about 11 square blocks of Vancouver. The entire site was redeveloped over 10 years with approximately 10 new major buildings. Underhill was contracted to provide consulting survey services by Vancouver Coastal Health, as well as a number of their contractors.

This survey project included the following

  • Detailed topographic surveys that include
    • underground utility tunnel networks
    • detailed underground service information
    • detailed structural as-built surveys
  • Three dimensional laser scanning
  • Building layout and legal subdivision
  • Easement and right-of-way surveys
